So for BIG Daddy's Birthday I asked him what kind of cake he would like...

A Huge bunch gathers every other Sunday at Mom & Dad's, and I usually am in charge of Dessert! My desserts have evolved a little since the cake decorating class.
Recently I made these Beauties... Meet the Chocolate Cupcake with Peanut Butter Icing. YuM!

These are usually made during the Holidays, but I had a craving for them in July, so I mixed it up a little bit. Jordan had never had them and he instantly fell in LOVE

Raspberry Jam Thumbprint Cookies.
And YES they taste as good as they look.
